Sales jobs can provide you what all you wish for with better career opportunity

People so often donlt want to go for  sales jobs. There are obvious reason foer the same. That may include:
1.       No fixed working hours
2.       Target Based salry and incentives
3.       Contunious pressure of meeting targets
4.       Maintianing MIS reports and long meetings etc.

These are many reasons for which no one wants to get into sales jobs. But today I wilt el you abut the benefits of sales jobs and believe me the benefits are too much that you would enjpu working sales jobs. Here are the list of benefits:

1.     No fixed working hours means fexibilty. At times you don’t have to rush to the office like other 9 to 5 jobs. You can start late and report to your manager in the evening or at theend of the day.

2.    Early achievements of targets provides you flexibility to work at your own pace. Yes, teher are people who acghieve their monthky targets earky and rest of the month they enjoy doing whetvere they want or working at their own pace.

3.  New opportunity: Companies are always looking to expand their business. It maens aany other job market may go down but sales jobs have always been there and will be there forever even in the time of recession. Becaua everyone needs sales, every corporate is lookibg to expand.

4.  Incentives: You might have heard people  eraning incentives much more than their basic salary, Yes its the best part of sales job. You can earn unlimited. Just achieve your target and you get more than whet you hadm expected.

5.  Early promotions: yes, if you are a consistent performer, companies may want you move up the ladder and show your skills at higher authority levels.

Be Cautious! How to Respond to Job Interview Questions

There may be several questions that an interviewer can ask you, but their main concern is to know about  your suitability and sustainability towards the job profile. I am listing a few questions that may be asked during interview and how you can handle them.

1.       May I know about you please?
Answer: explaining yourself may be a tough task, because many people don’t introspect and don’t know why they want to join the job.  You can tell about your hobbies your likes and dislikes but be cautious that these should not contradict your job profile.
For example: If you don’t like to stand for hours and you are applying for a steward’s job, then your application is not accepted. If you don’t like crowd, and you are going for an interview in a shopping mall, forget about the job.

2.  You family background please:  While telling about your background and your family don’t go overboard. Just tell them honestly what your status is and what your family background is. Suppose if you say my father is a big businessman, doesn’t make any sense that you want to work for your living. Just be a normal human being and don’t show off.

3. Your previous job experiences: When talking about your previous job experiences, you have to be a little smart. Here the interviewer wants to check your stability and loyalty towards a company or organization. If you had been a job hopper, don’t tell straight away that you had been joining 4 different companies within a period of one year or so., until you have a strong reason to do so. Just hide the short term stints you had in any organization or don’t talk about them

4. What have been your achievements:  Here the interviewer wants to check what is special in you for the company. You can tell them about the highest achievements during the job or ay awards or appreciation certificate you got during your job.

5.  Your expected salary: Answer to this question is a little tricky. Sometimes, the interviewer wants to check your expectations and their salary matching capacity. At times, they just want to read your mind. You can just say that I would prefer something that is according to the industry standards although you can also tell them the figure that you are looking for and also give them assurance that you would give yourself much more than your salary, in terms of your dedication.

Tell me about your school/college days: Call centre interview question

School days/ College Days
My school days were golden days of my life. I still remember my school friends. I can never forget those days when we used to hand around the malls and play games all the day. We used to bunk classes together and go for movies. We shared the same desk that was in a corner. We used to chat with each other while teachers were delivering lectures . We had a very fine tuning with each other. We ate together, Slept together, and studied together. Other students were jealous of us. There was a fat guy Rohan in our group. We used to call her fat man. And there was a girl who was pale. We used to call him Miss Pale. We used to tease our teachers and played pranks on them. Those were very beautiful days and I would cherish them forever.
